At Lentiwzard, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, modified, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Lentiwzard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
3. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions
4. Ship the item back to us at your own cost using a trackable shipping method

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Lentiwzard is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
