Thank you for shopping with Lentiwzard. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

1. Order Processing & Customization

Each Lentiwzard phone case is made to order. Once payment is confirmed, your case goes into production — please allow up to 7 business days for customization and quality inspection before your order is dispatched.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–20 business days (up to 1 week production + 7–13 days shipping).

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we'll do our best to get your order to you.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
